Insurance Reimbursement: Compass Behavioral Health is not in-network for any health insurance companies. To make treatment more assessable for families we do provide insurance verification and share of cost information prior to intake, and provide direct billing for most out-of-network benefits – accepting payment directly from managed care companies.
Due to Compass’ specialization as an Evidenced-Based Clinic for teens and young adults, we have a 50% rate for obtaining single case agreements and or in-network authorizations for most Health Insurance Companies. If you would like Compass Behavioral health to bill into your insurance benefit, please fill out and sign the Assignment of Benefits Form.
Cancellation: Since an appointment reserves time specifically for you, a minimum of 24-hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. The full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
Office Hours: Compass Behavioral Health hours are:
- Mondays - Thursdays 9 am to 8:00 pm
- Fridays 9 am to 6:30 pm
- Saturdays 10 am to 3 pm (call to check for Meditation dates)
If you need to contact us between sessions, please leave a message and we will return your call.
Time on the Telephone: After 10 minutes of telephone time, you will be charged at your regular fee, calculated in 10 minute increments (Note: Insurance companies do not reimburse for coordination of care calls).
Sessions Greater than 50 minutes: Sessions that go beyond 50 minutes will be prorated to the nearest quarter hour, unless you have made prior arrangements with us.
