In Ashley Ikai's role as Financial Account Manager, she strives to ensure timely and correct insurance reimbursement and to send out detailed and accurate invoices to our Compass Families. Ashley works diligently on behalf of Compass families to appeal wrongly processed or denied claims and to ensure our families pay the lowest out of pocket costs that we can secure for them. Ashley resubmits all denied or wrongly processed claims advocating for full insurance reimbursement to assist families with the costs of treatment. In addition, Ashley audits each insurance EOB to ensure that manage care companies are reimbursing families fairly and correctly.

After graduating with honors from American Career College, Ashley began her billing career with Compass Behavioral Health, joining the family in October of 2016. She is developing and mastering valuable skills in insurance verification, denials and billing.

Ashley is currently continuing her education and is pursuing to become a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
