In Corine Corral's role as Claims Analyst, she resubmits all denied and wrongly paid claims advocating for full insurance reimbursement. She works with the insurance companies diligently to find out the cause of denied and wrongly paid claims to correct any issues going forward.
After graduating with honors from American Career College, she began her billing career with Compass Behavioral Health in October 2017. She comes to Compass Behavioral Health with over 15 years of Collections and Customer service skills. She is currently developing and mastering valuable skills in Resubmitting Claims, written appeals and billing.
She plans to continue her education to become a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
